<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the biting phenomenon of a roller, and to improve the antifriction property, by making a roller bearing holder uniform in pillar thickness, and making the side face shape of the pillar in a curved surface shape according to the diameter of a roller while using simple press-molding. SOLUTION: While a die 13 is abutted on the center of a pillar from the outer side of a holder 14, the first and the second molds 11 and 12 divided into two parts in the axial direction, and both side surfaces are formed in a projection according to the sliding surface curvature of the roller, are provided by abutting to the respective pillars from the inner side of the holder 14. While at least either one side of the first and the second molds 11 and 12 is operated to approach a specific amount in the axial direction, the die 13 is projected to the inner side of the holder while its axial direction position is changed according to the projecting amount of the pillar.</p> |
