The board has a plate (1) with a sheet (2) which is folded and straightened to 90 degrees near longitudinal edges of scaffold tubes to constitute a lateral run out (8) under the form of lateral wall separated with respect to edge of the plate. The lateral run out is perpendicular to the top of the plate and straightened to 90 degree to constitute a support surface (9). The surface has longitudinal ribs (10) cooperated with ribs (6) of lower plate.
