PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect attribute information of users by performing user registration in online while surely preventing unauthorized copy or unauthorized use of software. SOLUTION: When a preset predetermined condition is established in relation to the using process of an application program by a user 11, execution of the application program 11 is prohibited or restricted. The user 11 registers 3 an encrypted user code and predetermined attribute information to a management-side Web server 12 based on the sales-based ID of the application program 10 and the sales-based ID of a user terminal. After registration, the user 11 registers a release key for releasing the execution prohibition or execution restriction which is issued 5 by the management-side Web server 12 to the user terminal 11, and releases 6 the execution prohibition or execution restriction of the application program.
