PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping mold and a shaping method of an optical part capable of effectively preventing generation of a flash by stopping a leakage of a liquid resin material filled in a cavity with a simple construction or in a simple procedure. SOLUTION: In the shaping mold 1 for shaping the optical part by filling the liquid resin material in the cavity C, a coat film or a layer comprising a resin adhesion-preventing material 11a, 14a , 15a, 16a and 21a is formed so that it surrounds the boundary between each of parting surfaces 11 and 21 of a movable mold plate 10 and a fixed mold plate 20, an insert 15, its housing portion 14 and a resin injecting hole 16, and shaping surfaces 12, 13 and 22.
