PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long time stable cosmetic emulsion. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a concentrated low-viscosity, finely divided oil-in-water emulsions with long-term stability, comprising an emulsifier combination of a noncarbohydrate polyol partial ester of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having 6 to 22 carbon atoms (emulsifier component A) and an emulsifier based on carbohydrate (emulsifier component B), one or more oils, and a preservative. The invention provides for the preparation of the emulsions from the concentrates. The emulsion is used for producing cosmetic, dermatological or pharmaceutical preparations, in particular for producing impregnation emulsions for wet wipes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
