The drive unit (2) is an electric motor in a motor casing (3) connected to the machine casing (12). The driving- (13) and driven- (18) components are held together with play, in bearings. The driving and/or driven components are arranged in bearings (11, 22) which determine their angular position and permit axial play. These bearings are connected with the machine casing to form a structural unit.
