<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the distribution of a contact pressure applied on a laminate of a fuel cell constituent member to thereby reduce electrical contact resistance sufficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A collecting plate 3 and an insulating plate 5 are respectively provided on both upper and lower sides of each of a plurality of fuel cell units 1 stacked, and supporting plates 7 are further provided outside thereof to thereby form a laminate 9 of the fuel cell constituent member. A plurality of disc springs 11 are placed on the upper one of the supporting plates 7, and a load-receiving plate 15 is provided thereon to apply a certain load P. The plurality of disc springs 11 are designed so that ones corresponding to a portion of the laminate 9 greater in thickness along the stacking direction (distance T) have an elastic modulus higher than that of ones corresponding to a portion smaller in thickness along the stacking direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
