<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition with stable dispersibility suitable for an image formation and a method for formation of an electrically conductive pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The composition contains an electrically conductive substance, an amphiphilic block copolymer having a polyalkenyl ether repetitive unit structure, and a solvent. The composition contains the block copolymer including the electrically conductive substance and a solvent. The electrically conductive substance is metal fine particles or an organic electrically conductive substance selected from fullerene, carbon nanotubes, a P-type semiconductor organic substance and an N-type semiconductor organic substance. The electrically conductive pattern is formed by applying a composition composed of the electrically conductive substance, the amphiphilic block copolymer having the polyalkenyl ether repetitive unit structure and the solvent on a substrate by an inkjet method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
