PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic apparatus equipment which inhibits the radiation of an unnecessary electromagnetic wave in a projection member and noise generation by an unnecessary electromagnetic wave from the outside by suppressing a signal current leaked from an electronic part by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus equipment configured by mounting the electronic part 1 in a conductive housing 10 has a conductive projection member 11 which projects and is formed on the external surface of the housing 10; and a conductive counter member 12 which is electrically connected at one end with the projection member 11 and arranged opposite to the other end to the projection member 11 in a state of a movable end, and can generate an electric field between the projection member 11 in cooperating with the projection member 11. The counter member 12 constitutes so that electric field strength in the movable end of the other end may be maximum when the electric field is formed between it and the projection member 11.
