PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride series pipe preventing crack even if machining such as drilling is applied in a low temperature environment. SOLUTION: The pipe is formed out of vinyl chloride series resin composition adding 0.1-10 weight part calcium carbonate of average particle diameter of 1μm or less to 100 weight part vinyl chloride series resin. Mixing area rate of the formed body (0% in case of heated press body of mixed powder body of vinyl chloride series resin, 100% in case of complete mixed body of the mixed powder body) is 90-100%, and extrusion pressure ratio of capillary flow tester (0% in case of heated press body of mixed powder body of vinyl chloride series resin, 100% in case of complete mixed body of the mixed powder body) is 30-100%, preferably 50-100%.
