PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprocket capable of removing earth and sand caught in the sprocket and the inner peripheral surface of a rubber crawler in a lateral direction of the rubber crawler. SOLUTION: The sprocket 21 meshes with a rubber protrusion projecting out to the inner peripheral surface of the rubber crawler, thereby transmitting driving force. A tip end 22 of the sprocket 21 is formed by a part contacting with the inner peripheral surface of the rubber crawler, and a backward moving part 23 wherein at least one end of the part successively separated from the inner peripheral surface of the rubber crawler.
