<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intend to increase a range of uses of a Kudzu (Pueraria lobata) flower, by discovering a new function of the Kudzu flower, and to provide a new bloodstream improving agent. <P>SOLUTION: This bloodstream improving agent comprises a Kudzu flower powder or a Kudzu flower extract. The bloodstream improving agent has excellent bloodstream improving action.
