PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image signal processor and its device for achieving highly accurate level correction between channels. SOLUTION: Output signals Gr1, Gb1, Gr2, Gb2, R and B corresponding to a color array from an image pickup element 112 are converted to digital signals through multiplexers (MUX) 123-1, 123-3, and A/D converters 124-1-124-3 and integrated with region integration circuits 131A-133A in detection during factory shipment or the like. After that, a correction factor based on a difference between regions is detected and stored in a nonvolatile memory 16. The correction factor on the nonvolatile memory 16 is read out during correction of normal operations. Rearrangement of pixels is executed to a signal read out from an image pickup element 112A with a pixel rearrangement part 17.
