PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable resin composition having a practically sufficient appearance, excellent heat resistance and durability and further having wet heat resistance, to provide a molded product obtained from the composition and to provide a method for producing the biodegradable resin composition. SOLUTION: The biodegradable resin composition is characterized as comprising 100 pts.mass of a biodegradable polyester resin containing≥50 mass% of polylactic acid, 0.1-5 pts.mass of a carbodiimide compound and 0.01-5 pts.mass of a phosphitic organic compound. The biodegradable resin composition is characterized in that the strength retention is≥80% when kept under conditions of 80°C and 90% relative humidity for 200 h. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
