<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition capable of making a heat radiation sheet thin in sheet thickness and good in radiation and also excellent in electrical insulation. <P>SOLUTION: This ink composition comprises a magnesium oxide particle, a binder resin having a glass transition temperature of -50-50°C, and a solvent, and has the mass ratio of the magnesium oxide particle/the binder resin of 75/25-91/9 and the content of the solvent in the ink composition of 20-50 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
