PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed treatment apparatus and a feed treatment method of a resin coating member for rubber hose vulcanization which are capable of smoothly supplying the resin coating member for rubber hose vulcanization to a crushing apparatus. SOLUTION: A resin coating member 13 which is separated from a vulcanized rubber hose 12 and continuously fed is cut or notched by a cutting blade part 3 at prescribed intervals in the longitudinal direction and supplied to a crusher 7 after being passed between a cylindrical rotary blade 2 having the cutting blade part 3 in the outer circumferential face and a rotary roller 4.
