<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool for an electromagnetic induction-heating cooking device that allows a user to place cookware at a correct heating position by the touch without visual recognition when using the cooking device. <P>SOLUTION: The auxiliary tool 10 functions to locate cookware to be heated on a top plate 2 of the electromagnetic induction-heating cooking device 1 at a heating position L on the top plate 2, and comprises: a cookware contacting part to contact the periphery of the cookware to be placed on the top plate 2; and a positioning part to determine the position for placing on the top plate 2.
