PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular radiator for allowing easy work for exchanging cooling water while easily viewing a drain faucet downward when exchanging the cooling water. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger for heat exchanging fluid comprises a core part for performing heat exchange, a tank part located at the lower part of the heat exchanger on the lower side of the core part for storing fluid, a drain port mounted in the tank part for draining the fluid from the heat exchanger, and the drain faucet mounted in the drain port for opening/closing the drain port to drain the fluid.
