PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing a sterilized container to an aseptic filling system capable of easily sterilizing even a container which is complicated in shape, and hardly sterilized by chemical or steam. SOLUTION: The method for providing the sterilized container to the aseptic filling system is equipped with a step 1 for manufacturing a container, a step for closing an opening part by providing a temporary cap on the opening part of the manufactured container, a preliminary sterilizing step 3 for preliminarily sterilizing the temporarily-capped container, a bulk packing step 4 for loading and packing the preliminarily-sterilized containers in bulk, an unpacking step for unpacking the bulk, a decapping step for removing the temporary cap of an unpacked container, and a container outer/inner surface sterilizing step for sterilizing the outer and inner surfaces of the decapped container in an aseptic environment.
