PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic type inkjet head which enlarges the displacement of diaphragm in order to increase the ink discharge pressure by increasing electrostatic force regardless of the distance between the diaphragm and an electrode of the inkjet head. SOLUTION: The electrostatic type inkjet head comprises a deformable diaphragm contained in a face of an ink chamber and one or more first protrusions protruding from a face of the diaphragm, a structurally fixed electrode facing the diaphragm and one or more second protrusions protruding from a face of the electrode toward the diaphragm, wherein the first protrusions and the second protrusions are zigzag arranged so that their sides are in proximity with each other, As the electrostatic force may be increased regardless of the distance between the diaphragm and the electrode, the maximum displacement is increased by which the diaphragm may be deformed resulting in increased ink discharge pressure, allowing high-viscosity ink to be discharged.
