摘要 <p>The invention relates to applied electrochemistry and can be used for technical areas in which disinfecting agents are used for disinfecting and sterilising different objects in the industry and public health. The disinfecting agents are embodied in the form of oxidant aqueous chlorine-containing solutions whose pH is equal to 7.5, total salt content ranges from 0.2 to 2.0 g/l and oxidant content ranges from 80 to 1000 mg/l. The inventive method for producing said agents consists in treating an initial aqueous alkali metal chloride solution in the anode chamber of a diaphragm electrochemical reactor, in introducing a corrosion inhibitor embodied in the form of a low-molecular mono- or a diatomic alcohol or the mixture thereof, wherein a corrosion inhibitor is introducible into the oxidant solution in the quantity of equal to or less than 10 % by volume after the treatment in said anode chamber or prior to the use. The quantity of the introducible ethanol is determined by formula C&lt;SUB&gt;al&lt;/SUB&gt;= (18.4x C&lt;SUB&gt;NaCl&lt;/SUB&gt;)x C&lt;SUB&gt;ox&lt;/SUB&gt;, wherein C&lt;SUB&gt;al &lt;/SUB&gt;is the ethanol concentration, in mmol/l, C&lt;SUB&gt;NaCl &lt;/SUB&gt; is the concentration of initial sodium chloride solution, in g/l, C&lt;SUB&gt;ox&lt;/SUB&gt; is the oxidant concentration, in mmol/l. Methods for producing the oxidant aqueous solutions and the inventive disinfecting agent are also disclosed.</p>
