<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for disassembling/assembling a crane in which two kinds of swing bearings need not be prepared, and the swing bearings need not be changed even when outer and inner teeth of toothed inner and outer rings are damaged. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises an inner ring with an outer tooth which is fixed to an outer race 1b of a turn bearing 1 fixed to an upper turning body 10 by inner ring mounting bolts 2B and circumferentially provided with projecting edge-shaped outer teeth 3c at a predetermined spacing, an inner ring turning device to turn the inner ring 3 with the outer tooth by the predetermined angle, an outer ring 4 with an inner tooth which is fixed to a lower traveling body 20 by outer ring mounting bolts 4B located on the bolt pitch circle having the same diameter as the bolt pitch circle of the inner ring mounting bolts 2B and coaxial therewith, and circumferentially provided with projection edge-shaped inner teeth 4b having a lower face to be engaged with an upper face of an outer tooth 3c by the turn of the predetermined angle by the inner ring turning device at the spacing to permit the passage of the outer teeth 3c of the inner ring 3 with the outer teeth, and an inner ring fixing device to fix the inner ring 3 with the outer teeth to maintain the engagement of the inner teeth 4b with the outer teeth 3c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
