<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store product information and information of maintenance management/work result in an IC label attached on a maintenance object apparatus, to support maintenance work such as making of work report using the information, and to make the maintenance work efficient. <P>SOLUTION: An IC label 20 holds in a storing part 22 label information including a manufacturer's serial number discriminating a maintenance object apparatus 10, a management number discriminating the maintenance object apparatus 10, a customer code discriminating a customer, and maintenance work information; a maintenance support server 40 has a label information DB 42 which holds label information for every IC labels 20 and a history information DB 44 which holds history information including maintenance work information gathering for every customer codes; and maintenance terminals 30 have reader/writer parts 32, read out label information from the IC label 20 when they receive input of check request, indicate the result checking the management number of label information and the management number of work instructions, acquire the history information from the history information DB 44 when they coincide, and make work reports from the work instructions and acquired history information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
