<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical examination network system which allows a patient to operate a door lock or use the electronic apparatus, and disables driving itself of an automobile when alcohol is detected at a patient terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The control means 209 of the patient terminal 101 transmits a lock command to an engine terminal 105 when an identity determination means 204 determines that an operator of the patient terminal 101 is the patient identity, and an alcohol determination means 208 determines that the alcohol concentration exceeds the threshold value TH.
