<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consistent method for deciding a device for carrying out expansion processing between session repeating devices in order to avoid a situation that the expansion processing can excessively be carried out on the path of a call control message, when cooperation between the session repeating devices comes to be performed frequently. <P>SOLUTION: Whenever the call control message is received, each session repeating device calculates information concerning the path through which the call control message is transferred. By delivering the path information to an expansion processing program in addition to the call control message, it is decided by each session whether the expansion processing has to be carried out on its own session repeating device. The session repeating device having carried out the expansion processing adds information expressing a processing situation to the call control message in order to inform the other session repeating device that the expansion processing is carried out by its own session repeating device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
