PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based dispersion-slurry coating in which fine particles are stably dispersed and excellent in workability during application. SOLUTION: The water-based dispersion-slurry coating contains the fine particles (A) comprising an acrylic resin, a polyester resin, a polyurethane resin and a resin having active hydrogen atoms such as an epoxy resin or the like, a surfactant (B) and a rheology regulator (C).
