PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal machine with good maintenability and low running cost, using a material with high food-safety for portions with possibility of contacting liquid sample. SOLUTION: At a part inserted into a third downstream passage 19a2 of a lower seal holder lower part 27B, first and second lower O rings 30 and 31 are independently detachably juxtaposed. The first lower O ring 30 is made of oil-resistant NBR, and is fitted to the lower seal holder lower part 27B at a portion in the proximity to a lower seal holder insert hole 19a1. The second lower O ring 31 is made of EPDM, a material of high food-safety approved by FDA (Food and Drug Administration), and is fitted to the lower seal holder lower part 27B at a portion in the proximity to the third downstream passage 19a2.
