<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time until a vehicle comes to be able to run by always making a voltage value of a capacitor not less than that of a fuel cell, and by enabling the fuel cell to be connected to the capacitor immediately after the start of a vehicle system when the vehicle system is started in a vehicle controller. <P>SOLUTION: A control means includes a voltage maintenance control unit that compares a capacitor voltage with a fuel cell one while the vehicle is in a stop state; and performs the control of enabling the capacitor voltage to be maintained at a level more than the fuel cell voltage while the fuel cell, the capacitor, and a motor can be controlled with the vehicle system started, in a state that the vehicle is stopped, and in a state that the electric power of the fuel cell cannot be supplied at least to the motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
