<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely exhaust produced water from a reaction gas passage to a reaction gas outlet communicating hole and efficiently conduct power generation in simple and economical constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell 10 interposes an electrolyte membrane/electrode assembly 12 between first and second metallic separators 14, 16. A serpentine passage-shaped oxidant gas passage 30 communicating an oxidant gas inlet communicating hole 24a with an oxidant gas outlet communicating hole 24b is installed in the first metallic separator 14.
