PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens controller capable of roughly and finely focusing with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Regarding the zoom lens controller by which a 1st lens 1004 and a 2nd lens 1006 positioned behind the 1st lens 1004 in the optical axis 1020 are shifted in the optical axis direction in the case of varying the power, a focusing control is performed by shifting the 1st lens 1004 and the 2nd lens 1006.
