PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communications system, a transmitting device, a receiving device, and a radio communication method which are a simple configuration, and can easily enhance the communication speed. SOLUTION: Transmission data are divided, and a first series data, and a second series data are generated. Radio frequency transmission signals are generated for each series, based on the first series and the second series data. The first series transmission signal is transmitted as a right circularly-polarized wave system, and the second series transmission signal is transmitted as a left circularly-polarized system. The receiving device receives the right circularly-polarized and the left circularly-polarized radio signals, and generates the first series data and the second series data, based on the obtained received data. It combines the first series data and the second series data and outputs them. Since the communication can be independently done using the two communication routes, even if the same frequency radio signals are used, the communication speed can be simply and easily enhanced.
