PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a view protection element at the optimal weight, in regard to a view protection element for a luggage space of a vehicle or a rear flap provided with the same. SOLUTION: This view protection element 22 for the luggage space 13 of a vehicle 13 is provided with a support 24 and a soft surface forming material 26 fixed to the support for holding. In order to provide the optimal weight of the view protection element 22, the support 24 comprises a base 25, and spring arms 32 and 33 of a fixing device 28 for fixing the surface forming material 26 are projected from the base in at least one of first ends 34 and 35, and the spring arms 32 and 33 are connected to the surface forming material 26 at a certain distance from the first ends 34 and 35.
