PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight pan for a washing machine which can store a drain hose of the washing machine, excels in designability, improves safety of a foothold, and facilitates cleaning. SOLUTION: The watertight pan 10 for placing the washing machine 1 is provided with a drain trap for discharging the waste water from the washing machine 1 to the outside. A washing machine placing face 13 of the watertight pan body 11 is set to be on a floor surface, basically. A recess part 14 having a bottom part lower than the floor surface is formed in the watertight pan body 11. A drain outlet 16 having a part for fitting the drain trap is formed in the bottom part of the recess part 14. The recess part 14 is formed to be wide in the width direction of the washing machine 1.
