PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-low iron loss grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet which is excellent in coat adhesion and hardly generates peeling of an insulation film, even if stress relief annealing is applied while bending process is carried out and a stress is applied to the bending processing part thereafter. SOLUTION: In a grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet, a ceramics film consisting of metallic nitride, metallic carbide or metallic carbonitride is formed in a copper plate surface without a forsterite film.
