PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizer which has small and simple constitution, which can attain high pulverizing efficiency and high recovering efficiency by simple regulation and further can suppress influence of heat. SOLUTION: The pulverizing section 15 is constituted of a rotary board 20 which is equipped with a plurality of rotary board side windows 38 and is provided so that rotation speed can be set, a stationary board 23 which is fixedly provided to face the rotary board 20 at a prescribed distance and is equipped with a plurality of stationary board side windows 37 provided corresponding to the rotary board side windows 38 and working as openings at the time of introducing air into a pulverizing chamber Rb, a guiding board 25 which is provided between the rotary board 20 and the stationary board 23 and restrains air flowing-in from the stationary board side windows 37 from directly passing the pulverizing chamber Rb and reaching the rotary board side windows 38 and agitating pulverizing blades 29 which are provided on pulverizing chamber Rb side board surfaces of the rotary board 20 and the stationary board 23 and produce a swirling stream and an air stream disturbing the swirling stream in the pulverizing chamber Rb to pulverize a raw material and crushed matters in the pulverizing chamber Rb while agitating.
