PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent non-load operation by certainly performing the load sweep-off control of a gyrate crusher while dispensing with the measurement of a transport amount of the raw material on a conveyor. SOLUTION: A power detector 12 for detecting the load power of a motor 8 for driving the gyrate crusher is provided and a sequencer 9 performs the stop control of an upstream conveyor in the load sweep-off control of the gyrate crusher to judge the non-load operation state of the gyrate crusher based on the comparison of a load power set value with a non-load power set value and stops a motor on the basis of the cutoff order of a switch 11 when the non-load operation state is continued over a non-load continuing time. The sequencer judges the non-load operation state of the gyrate crusher during the operation of a raw material crushing system to stop the motor when the non-load operation state is continued for a definite time while a monitor 13 acquires load power data at the time of trial operation of the system to determine the non-load power set value and confirms that no raw material is left at the time of stop.
