<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out high-precision Raman spectrometry stably, by enhancing the homogeneity within the face of the Raman scattering intensity for the device for Raman spectroscopy. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 for Raman spectroscopy is provided with the fine structure 11 having an array structural part 13, with a plurality of approximately the identical shaped recesses 12 in plan view are arranged with an approximately same pitch, the surface of which are the light scattering surfaces 1s.
