PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device which heats by far more uniformly a treating object of microwave heating in a treatment container. SOLUTION: The heating device comprises a microwave oscillator 381 which oscillates microwave for heating a treating object in churning cylinder envelope 321, and an agitating member 322 for agitating the treating object. The agitating member 322 agitates the microwave concurrently in addition to the treating object. The shape of the agitating member 322 is plate-shape, and the normal of the face is neither perpendicular nor parallel to the incidence direction of the microwave so as to agitate the microwave to be entered.
