<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a ceramic slurry in which even a fine ceramic powder is dispersed well and to provide a method for preparing a ceramic comprising using such ceramic slurry to obtain a molding and firing the molding. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing the compound oxide powder is one comprising wet-mixing two or more metal compound powders, a dispersant, and a solvent, and heating the mixture, wherein the dispersant has a rate of hydrophilic functional groups of 60% or higher provided that the rate is on the basis of the number ratio of the functional groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
