PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure, in a circuit for detecting current and/or voltage between 2 points having a potential difference, that it is strong against external disturbance noise and is suitable for integration. SOLUTION: At the time of detecting current between 2 points having a potential difference such as both the terminal of the current detection resistance Rd inserted in the load line of the DC-DC converter circuit, each one terminal of the approximately equal resistance Re1 and Re2 is connected with respective one terminal of both the terminals, and the other terminal is made the same voltage Vr by reference voltage source, a difference of the currents Id1 and Id2 flowing in the each resistances Re1 and Re2 is calculated, and a detection signal Id0 between the 2 points is obtained. Accordingly, since the operation of the detection circuit is performed through the current, it is made strong against the external disturbance noise and the linearity of detection signal can be made better. Because, in the integration circuit, signals used in the various operation are usually of a current type, and the detection signals form signal currents, therefore, the detection circuit is preferable for being made an integration circuit.
