PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp circuit which has a small circuit scale and can suppress an occurrence of a V sag. SOLUTION: The clamp circuit comprises a synchronous separation circuit (14) which separates an image signal synchronously, and has a charging circuit (16) and two discharging circuits, wherein one is a discharging circuit (18) which discharges in response to an output result from the synchronous separation circuit (14) and the other is a discharging circuit (17) which discharge a fixed amount at all times.
