PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having an efficiently enlarged display area by improving a structure of a fixing member. SOLUTION: The display device includes a panel unit for displaying an image, a first fixing member receiving the panel unit, and a second fixing member which is coupled to the first fixing member while surrounding an outer surface of the first fixing member. A plurality of hooks extending from a peripheral edge of a bottom of the first fixing member in a direction of the same level as the bottom are coupled to a plurality of holders formed in the second fixing member.
