The design consists of features of shape and configuration of a case for musical instruments / accessories; the case has an elongated octagonal horizontal cross-section, the case having a length greater than the width, with the length and width being greater than the thickness; the case lid is vaulted with a major central spine running length-wise, the central spine bifurcating at a point about four fifths along the length of the case towards the top; each one of the pair of spines runs towards a corresponding top corner of the lid; the elongated octagonal shape of the case and the vaulted lid give the case the appears of a casket; the clasp are shaped like a stylized Maltese cross resembling a bat.
