PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit of an electro-optical device for making a signal propagation time of a signal supplied to the drive device of the electro-optical device optimum. SOLUTION: The drive circuit driving the electro-optical device includes: a plurality of scanning lines; a plurality of data lines; a switching means connected to the scanning lines and the data lines; and a pixel electrode connected to the switching means. The drive circuit includes: first signal wiring for supplying a first drive control signal controlling the drive; and second signal wiring for supplying a second drive control signal for controlling the drive. When an average wiring width of the first signal wiring in the drive circuit is W1 and an average wiring width of the second signal wiring in the drive circuit is W2, a relationship of W1>W2 holds.
