PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently cope with a request for a registration accuracy quality of a punch hole position. SOLUTION: This paper punch has a punch unit for applying punching processing to paper, and has a carrier roller 31 for carrying the paper up to a punching position of the punch unit.
