<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load leveler which levels a load in a premise system while arranging the system so that the leveller may not have power exceeding contract power and that a bank may not be overloaded. <P>SOLUTION: Relating to a load leveler which levels the load of the premise system that cooperates, at a power reception point, by a commercial power system and has a plurality of banks, and possesses a plurality of distributed power units in every bank, the load leveler has a reception point power controller which gets the upper limit value of the charge power of a distributed power unit so that the quantity of power at the point of power reception at every demand limit at the point of power reception may be contract power or smaller when charging the distributed power unit, a bank passing power controller which acquires the correction value of the charge power of the distributed power unit so that the passing power may be passage capacity or under in the bank, and a PCS controller which controls the dispersed power controller based on the effective power standard obtained by modifying, by correction, the value modified from a predetermined reception planned value so as to be the upper limit value or smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
