PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink anti-splashing apparatus preventing splashing of the ink formed in a mist-like shape at preliminary delivering, and a pattern formation apparatus. SOLUTION: An ink suction chamber 126a for sucking the mist-like ink formed when delivery holes 101b, 102b, 103b perform preliminary delivering is arranged such that it becomes in a range between delivery holes 101b, 102b, 103b, a pattern formation body 119 and a movement stage 114 at retreating of a head. Further, it is provided on the whole periphery of ink acceptance pans 121a, 122a, 123a for movably accepting the ink while integrated with the movement stage 114 for movably placing the pattern formation body 119.
