PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-large-scaled device but a small-sized device, less-expensive and simple device that can be utilized for keeping freshness of foods or bio-related items and storing them for a long period of time at any place and by anyone. SOLUTION: At first, an object put in either a bag or a pack in the air and sealingly packed, one-touch insertion plug of a gas replacing device is inserted into the bag or the pack, air inside the bag or the pack is sucked to have a pressure-reduced state, thereafter the air is replaced with nitrogen gas of a high concentration of 99.0% to 99.99% as required for the stored object and the object to be stored can be kept for a long period of time in their freshness.
