PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting screen apparatus in which residual materials such as foreign matters of stones, synthetic resin pieces, wood chips and the like can be securely efficiently removed from materials generated at the site, various kinds/properties of materials generated at the site can be screened, and especially even clay based materials having a high water content can be securely screened, whereby improving a treatment efficiency. SOLUTION: The cutting screen apparatus comprises a cutting screen 11 that is configured by disposing a plurality of rotation rolls with a disk 11A having a plurality of disks 11b, 11b ... and a rotation roll 11a at predetermined intervals, wherein the cutting screen 11 screens materials generated at the site, and the rotation rolls with a disk 11A vertically vibrate the materials generated at the site when the center of the disk 11b is eccentric from a shaft core of the rotation roll 11a.
