<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To still more enhance a separation capacity, when a capillary plate is conditioned in its temperature to perform electrophoresis. <P>SOLUTION: The capillary plate 10, equipped with a capillary flow channel 12, is used; and after the capillary flow channel 12 is filled with a separation medium 22, a sample 11 is injected in the capillary flow channel 12 from the reservior 14a provided to one end of the capillary flow channel 12; and after a solution 32 is injected in the reservior 14a, voltage is applied across both ends of the capillary flow channel 12 to perform the electrophresis of the sample 11. At this time, the capillary plate 10 is held to a definite temperature and the solution 32 is injected in the reservior 14a, in a state with the temperature of the solution 32 being held to the substantially same temperature as the holding temperature of the capillary plate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
